During the academic year (2018-2019), Dar Al Ber Society branch in Ras Al Khaimah brought happiness to 686 students from needy families, who are registered with the branch, in their different stages of study, and who are attending public and private schools, colleges, institutes and universities by paying tuition fees owed to them with a total value of AED 2,585.900 million.
Ali Al Shehhi, director of Dar Al Ber branch in Ras Al Khaimah, explained that the aids provided to students and their families, whose financial situation prevented them from paying their tuition fees, aims to ensure completing their educational journey. Since its inception, the Society has undertaken to extend a helping hand to the needy in various fields.
White Hands
Walid Abdul Latif Al Shehhi, Deputy Director of the Society’s branch in Ras Al Khaimah, thanked the white hands, which contributed to the happiness of students and their families, stressing the “keenness of Dar Al Ber” to perform its national social developmental role through the implementation of charitable projects , humanitarian initiatives and community development programs, which are in the interest of society and needy families within the state.
