Khalfan Khalifa Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dar Al Ber, said: The new document deserves careful reading and thorough study by institutions and individuals, and stand at its original values, firm principles and ethics that are rooted deeply in the serious national work, development trends, popular perspectives and general incentives. Among the most important ones are the consolidation of justice, the development of the emirate, the enhancement of the quality of life for the people of Dubai and future generations therein, the consolidation of excellence, the rejection of laziness, the confrontation of stalkers, and the accountability of the indolent and delinquent officials.
