MoU inked to start up a UAE-Indonesian contracting company

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Mohammed Faisal Al-Qassemi, the entrepreneur and Chairman of MBF Group Holdings and Mr. Mahindra Fayjay, Director General of the Indonesian WIKA Contractual International for the Middle East & Africa Overseas Projects, in presence of His Excellency, Radhwan Hassan, the Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia, have inked today in the MBF main office at Jumeirah a contracting cooperation understanding to launch its operations and strategic work for upcoming days with aim to provide a quantum inventive structural solutions based on first class technical & organizational practices
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal Al-Qassemi, in a media interview, said that “the proposed company shall carry out the delivery of engineering projects inside and outside UAE and the MBF reputable influence with WIKA technical potentials could be maneuvered to facilitate handover of huge and featured engineering projects”
Al-Qassemi emphasized that the undertaken company is confidently qualified to be a top international engineering leader basically on crucial structural & exclusive ambitions on which the company establishes its future strategy and methodology as being adopted by engineering & managing consortium that were responsible for the execution of numerous giant undertakings worldwide
Al-Qassemi also revealed that primarily set up action plans have already been put forward and necessary approvals as per to government procedures in the UAE have been taken and the MBF shall prepare required documents to establish the project in collaboration with WIKA and the project shall soon be declared after submitting all documents, papers and authentications to the competent authorities in Indonesia
Sheikh Al-Qassemi assured that the scheduled timetable for establishment have been concluded and the joint venture shall soon commence, emphasizing the singed MoU is to lay out the milestones for MBF future joint projects with any expected third parties
