The agreement was signed for the MBF
Holding by its owner His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Faisal AlQasmi and for Abu-Dhabi Medical Industries by its representative Ibrahim AlHumaish.
The agreement aims to lay the initial foundations for establishing a ‘’one day surgery’’ by the ‘’AMI’ at MBF-JBR, while the former carrying out the outpatient surgery, the later shall be responsible for drafting out plans and obtaining required approvals for making the Center at the ground area and the upper three floors.
In compliance to Dubai Health Authority specifications and the specified designing along with the scope of woks as per to the applicable systems of usages, the proposed one-day surgery Centre shall have the facilities of Ambulance Department, Radiation, Outpatient Clinics, Operation Units, Sterile Service Department

The completion deadline for the project is estimated for 12 months and throughout its official operation the Center shall ensure to follow the Joint Commission International Accreditation Standards for Hospitals
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal AlQasmi, the owner of the MBF Group Holdings, in a press conference reiterated that ‘comparable to a wide range of accumulated and specialized experience in the field of its medical and laboratory supply, MBF Holdings confidently opted to have this joint venture to go forward with Abu-Dhabi Medical Industries, bearing in mind that the giant is one of the leading companies in the domain’’
On the other hand, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal emphasized that the one-day surgery Centre, which its inauguration expected to be next year, shall stand to be a strong pillar and an essential basic component for the ‘’JBR’’, revealing that the Centre shall adopt use of latest advanced concept and shall become a comprehensive integral Centre with a variety of facilities to addressing the unmet needs of patients. He added that the ‘’JBR’’ hospital ideologies go in-line with the policy and orientation of MBF Group Holdings in terms of understanding growing needs and prompt satisfaction of their requirements as upcoming medical utilities at the new district shall do the job, particularly in areas where rarely medical facilities may not fit all or absence of integral immediate treatments.
