Off The Hook Seafood Restaurant, the leading family-oriented dining venue in the UAE inspired by American and French culinary tastes, is continuing its aggressive expansion in the Northern Emirates with the opening of its 13th branch in Fujairah.
The grand inauguration of Off The Hook in Fujairah City, at the heart of the emirate’s downtown area, will be held on Saturday, September 10. It will be operated by Bonny Vivers, which is a consortium of 17 UAE-based Filipino investors and is Off The Hook’s third franchisee.
Off The Hook’s Fujairah outlet — the brand’s 13th in the UAE — is centrally located in Fujairah City’s burgeoning business area, and is surrounded by landmarks, including popular hotels, leisure areas, major shopping venues including Fujairah Mall and City Centre Fujairah, and Fujairah International Airport.
It is also a few minutes away from Fujairah Corniche — the vast coastline stretching along the Gulf of Oman, which is a popular destination for beachgoers and getaways from daily city life.
Off The Hook is now present in five emirates — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah — with further plans to expand across the UAE in the cards.
“We are extremely proud of our efforts to reach out to all corners of the UAE, bringing our renowned cuisine and vibrant dining experience to more people. Our new Fujairah branch also demonstrates that there is endless potential to the scope of our business,” said Rolly Brucales, managing partner of Off The Hook.
“Our ability to expand at this pace is a testament to not just the value proposition our products and services bring to customers, but also its attractiveness as a viable business opportunity to those who want to make their mark in investing.”
Off The Hook’s Fujairah venture comes hot on the heels of its latest branch Ras Al Khaimah’s Manar Mall, which was opened on June 23 and is being operated by its second franchisee, Bowls Avenue. A couple of weeks earlier, Off The Hook opened its Dubai Festival City branch, which is a prime location being within one of the emirate’s most popular malls.
Off The Hook’s expansion plans will continue to grow as it is preparing to venture into other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. The company is slated to open its first branch outside the UAE in Qatar by the third quarter of 2022, which will be another milestone in its history. Further plans are being laid out to reach out to more locations within the GCC.
“We have always looked at the dining industry as a huge opportunity to invest in. At the same time, we want to build a community while breaking bread,” Brucales said.
“We are continuously looking at more ways to grow the Off The Hook brand and by bringing both investment opportunities and our world-class cuisine to more people. Our vision is to be a world-class seafood restaurant of choice and a trusted brand in the GCC by 2024.”
“The restaurant and dining industry has always been a great opportunity for investment. But, more importantly, it affords establishments like Off The Hook the chance to bring people together as a community,”
Off The Hook, which was founded as a small business venture in 2016 by eight Filipinos, now has a network of five branches in Abu Dhabi, four in Dubai and one each in Al Ain and Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah
