UAE based businessman set up Covid First Line Treatment Center in the state of Kerala in India

The largest COVID First Line Treatment Center in the southern state of Kerala in India was inaugurated virtually by State Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan recently.
This treatment center has facility to treat more than 1,400 patients at a time and is equipped with all modern facilities which includes e-bikes for food distribution, bio-medical waste management, bio-compost system, modern medical equipment’s and trained medical professionals.
“This Pandemic situation is affecting everyone all over the world and it is the duty of each one of us to do our best to fight COVID19”, said Yusuff Ali MA, Chairman and Managing Director of Abu Dhabi based Lulu Group International who set up this facility in his home state.
“The amazing welfare initiatives carried out by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces to combat the pandemic situation have inspired me to set up this Covid Treatment center in my village Nattika to bring world-class medical facility for the needy and poor people. I also take this opportunity to sincerely thank our beloved H.H. Sheikh Mohammed for His Highness’s great support,” added Yusuffali.
The Lulu Covid First Line Treatment Center (LCFLTC) is spread in more than 60,000 sq. meter area and is equipped with Robots and E-scooters developed by a local Engineering college in Kerala. Service of more than 60 specialist doctors and 100 nurses will be available along with 200 trained volunteers to manage the center and provision for parking air ambulance. The center is also equipped with a full-fledged recreational facility for the patients.
