Mr. Al-Zarouni pointed out that the campaign is a legal right being exercised within the framework of the applicable rules and regulations in the UAE .He said that the winner of the apartment will be chosen in a draw that will be conducted at the end of the period of the offer. The date was confirmed by a representative of the Department of Economic Development in Dubai ,who will withdraw the winning coupon.
