H.E. Shamma bint Suhail bin Faris Al Mazrui, Minister of Community Empowerment, said:

” Every generation in the UAE renews its covenant with the nation. Union Pledge Day reminds us that our inheritance is far greater than a land. It was a lasting legacy of values, responsibility, and a shared belief that building the nation begins with people who understand their role and responsibility towards their country and community.”

Her Excellency added: ” The UAE has successfully transformed this pledge into a living national culture that is renewed with every stage of our journey. It is reflected in our initiatives, the spirit of giving, and a deep sense of shared responsibility. The Union was never an event confined to a particular moment. It is a daily practice embodied in the values of collaboration, commitment, and dedication to serving the nation.”

Her Excellency concluded: ” Today, every generation carry the responsibility to write the next chapter of this national journey and leave for future generations a nation that is stronger, more confident capable of building on its achievements.”
